USniper v1.2.8 INDIVIDUAL END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

License Agreement
This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and Rough Ideas Inc.™ for the software product USniper, which includes computer software and may include associated media,
printed materials, and "online" or electronic documentation ("SOFTWARE PRODUCT"). By installing, copying, or otherwise using the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not install or use the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.

SOFTWARE PRODUCT LICENSE
The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is licensed, not sold.

EVALUATION VERSION CONDITIONS of USniper (fully functional) which apply to this Evaluation Version, which may be used only for a limited time to evaluate whether you may wish to purchase the LICENSED VERSION or not.

Although USniper is very reliable, Rough Ideas Inc. does not claim 100% success rate and will not take responsibility for any lost bids.

This product is sold as a license for one Ebay user for one year usage.
